Conclave Vendor Application

Approved vendors will be allowed to setup & solicit their products and/or services on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9am to 6pm at the host site, and during the national step show.

Each table can be rented for a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $300.00 due no later than July 24th. Tables will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. Vendors selling Iota Phi Theta Fraternity apparel must obtain a license from the national office. Licenses can be applied for at our national website www.iotaphitheta.org. Applicants selling Fraternity apparel without proof of proper licensing will be rejected and returned.

Each table will measure 2ft. 6in. deep x 6ft. wide. Table measurements are estimates and actual table size may change but will be similar. All tables will be of identical size. Placement within the room is at the discretion of the National Convention Committee; however, requests will be accommodated where ever possible.
